You can also post questions to the pro's that man the board and get great insight and feed back. This is a black mark on Okna and Window Wizards and one that is going to cost them a lot of money to fix. My rep was very clear that there was no underhanded dealings on Window Wizards behalf and that they and Okna are working closely together to resolve the issue. Perhaps they will chime in?
